How I use collected information

Workplace Attitudes Survey
Users may elect to take the Workplace Attitudes Survey (“Survey”). The survey is anonymous. No personally-identifiable information is collected from this Survey. Information collected from this survey is used to improve the quality of the Survey results. This can include analysing and displaying the results in aggregate.
In the case of Surveys issued on behalf of a company, team, or other group, the results are tied to an identifier that will allow me to report on the findings for that group and share these with members of the organisation as appropriate. As no personally-identifiable information is gathered, the results cannot and will not be associated with individual Users taking the Survey.
By using the Survey, Users understand that the results of the survey are based on a combination of my own consulting experience, theories of positive psychology, and statistical analysis of past responses. Users further agree and understand that the Survey is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental condition, and does not constitute legal or psychological advice.
