This is a security and compatability release. Thanks to feedback from administrators running Windows-based web servers, many changes have been made to make SimpleQuiz platform-independent (i.e. Windows friendly). Furthermore, SimpleQuiz now runs with register_globals = Off and error_reporting(E_ALL). Finally, SimpleQuiz now comes with a brief INSTALL.txt file that includes basic instructions on installing the package. More details on the official SimpleQuiz web site.
