Believe it or not, this is my first entry to my first ever Blog. Sure, I’ve read ‘em, toyed with ‘em, poked and prodded. But I never really felt that I had enough to say to install one for myself. Well, that time has changed. A lot is going on in my life. And I mean a lot.
The biggest news is that I recently signed on board as CTO of The David Allen Company. I couldn’t be more excited, even though it means giving up my freelance career just as it was accelerating into greater and greater success. If nothing else, I am thrilled to be working for a company that actually lives by its guiding principles and furthermore “eats its own dog food” by really applying the productivity principles it teaches.
The company has big plans which I can not discuss yet, but I will say it draws on all my previous experience managing development and IT teams. Something big is stirring at DavidCo. It’s a wild ride ahead.
