I wasn't totally sure about the ending. My first instinct was to have a big dragon named Deus Ex Machina swoop down instead and reduce everything to cinders with his fiery breath. But it just seemed too nihilistic for a fairy tale. You don't mind that there aren't any witches putting children in ovens or magical transformations of people into animals? Maybe I should save that stuff up for the next one... Hey, you think so? I wasn’t totally sure about the ending.
